Community Event - Acu-Meditation for Healing Session

Hosted by Texas Acupuncture Research Institute (TARI) for the Missing Pieces Support Group community.

Join us for a monthly Acu-Meditation for Healing—a gentle, woman-centered experience created to support women navigating pregnancy loss or other forms of emotional trauma.

Led by Isabella, Victor, and the clinical staff of TARI, this 90-minute session combines guided meditation with light acupuncture using the 5NP protocol, which supports the body’s “Rest & Digest” nervous system. The experience is designed to calm the body, quiet the mind, and create space for healing.

This offering is for women 18 and up. No prior experience with acupuncture or meditation is needed.

• Date: Launching Wednesday, February 18 and held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month
• Time: 6:00–7:30 PM

Light refreshments will be available following the session. There is a suggested $10 donation, collected on-site, to support the TARI Foundation.

No one will be turned away for inability to donate. All are welcome.
