AJ Huckabee - Springtree Restoration
As the president of Springtree Restoration, AJ Huckaby wears many hats, from team building to sales to managing projects and overall finances. His favorite roles involve people: getting to know his customers and coaching his team members. He also enjoys the challenge of complex residential and commercial projects.

AJ first stepped into the work world as a young teen, working in the summers with his dad at an electrical company, where he gained a sense of teamwork and a strong work ethic. After high school, he worked his way up in the restaurant industry, eventually traveling across the US to open restaurants for two major brands. Next, he got into the construction industry and then started Springtree in 2010.

With AJ’s leadership, Springtree has won numerous Golden Hammer awards for roofing projects and community service work and has been featured on CBS DFW for one of its largest community service projects. In addition to his work at Springtree, AJ enjoys serving on several community and roofing industry boards, including: North Texas Roofing Contractors Association/NTRCA (where he served for several years, including a year as board president), Roofing Contractors Association of Texas/RCAT (where he is currently a board vice president), the Planning and Zoning committee for the town of St Paul and the Wylie Northeast Water District board. Additionally, AJ has donated countless projects, money and/or time supporting and helping surrounding communities for over ten years.

AJ grew up on a small farm outside of Collinsville, Texas and now lives in Wylie, Texas with his beautiful wife and children.
