Officer Tommy  Davis began his career with the Richardson Police Department career in 1993.  He holds a Master Police Officer license with the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement and has served in various divisions within the police department including:

• Patrol Division
• Criminal Investigations Division
• Community Relations

Prior to joining the Richardson Police Department, Officer Davis obtained certification as an Emergency Medical Technician/Basic and worked as a Mental Health Worker for a state hospital from 1990-1993.  He was employed in the Substance Abuse Unit and Child/Adolescent Unit.
