Challenge Air provides a once-in-a-lifetime experience to kids with special needs between the ages of 7-21 through the gift of co-piloting an aircraft. This experience is offered at no cost to the kids and their families.
”D” is a native Texan and long-time Richardson citizen, having lived in the Duck Creek neighborhood for thirty-five years. He and his wife Susan, of thirty-nine years, attended Lake Highlands High School. “D” is an Air Force Veteran and has been a pilot since 1978. He is currently serving as President of the Board of Trustees for Challenge Air for Kids & Friends. He is a Past Master of the Richardson Masonic Lodge, Past President of Richardson East Rotary Club and is Past President of Leadership Richardson Alumni Association – having attended Leadership Richardson Class VI.
