City of Richardson Parks and Recreation is a municipal entity providing services to the Richardson community.  Services include leisure activities, athletic, aquatics, recreation and older adult programming, as well as a wide array of special events including the Cottonwood Art Festival and Wildflower Arts and Music Festival.
 
  Yvonne has been with the City of Richardson since 2016, she has a total of 29 years’ experience in Parks and Recreation She oversees the Athletics/Aquatics, Recreation and Community Events Divisions.  She is also part of the 150^th Anniversary Committee and her to share ways Richardson businesses can get involved.
