I grew up in a small town near Hannibal, MO (the home of Mark Twain).  I attended the University of Missouri and graduated with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management in 1993.  After graduation I lived in Nashville before a job opportunity brought me to Dallas in 1994 and I’ve been a Texan ever since!
I embarked on my career journey as a Banquet Manager at the Dallas Petroleum Club, followed by more than a decade in restaurants & hotels.  For the past ten years, my focus has been on the catering industry.  During this time, I served as GM for Wolfgang Puck Catering at the AT&T Performing Arts Center, held the position as GM at Jasper’s Catering and worked as the Director of Events at Fannie Mae. 
When the Covid-19 Pandemic emerged, I made a career shift and spent two year working for a laser company, coordinating their training courses across the US.  However, I eventually found my way back to the catering industry and rejoined Jasper’s in July of this year.
I enjoy an active lifestyle and maximize my time outdoors whenever I can, engaging in activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, and even tending to a small garden.  Additionally, I have a passion for cooking and hosting gatherings for family and friends.  I also cherish quality time spent with my 7-year-old niece and 6-year-old nephew.
