Personal Training with Steven is a private training studio located in Richardson TX that caters to individual and pairs training. This is accomplished during a 40-minute exclusive training session.
 
In addition, as a Wellness Coach, Steven provides 30-minute sessions by phone to help clients achieve a well-balanced life through physical health, mental well-being, and good nutrition.
 
 For more than 20 years, Steven has been guiding individuals in achieving their health and fitness goals and received his Certified Personal Training Certificate in 2006. He also has advanced training in Biomechanics of Strength Training, Dietary Guidance, and Wellness Coaching from The Cooper Institute and Idea Fit.
 
As a former high school athlete and United States Marine, his expectations for his personal level of athleticism have always been high. We are given one body, and we owe it to ourselves to strive for the highest level of personal health and wellbeing that we are individually capable of achieving. One of his highest achievements was receiving a perfect score on his Physical Fitness Test in Marine Corp Boot Camp.
