Ability Connection has been supporting and advocating for Texans with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1953. We provide the highest quality care for our members and believe each person should live the best quality of life. Our mission is to enrich the lives of people with disabilities, One Person at a Time.
 
Ability Connection offers our members and their families an opportunity to come together and celebrate each year at our Member Formal. This year’s special dinner-dance event will be held in early June, where members dress in elegant gala attire, dance, and enjoy the fun. Our dedicated staff and volunteers work hard to make this annual gathering a truly memorable experience for all who attend.
