Community Event - Cupping for Self-Care

Self-care cupping is a great way to treat yourself in between your regularly scheduled massage therapy sessions or when you need some pain relief. This class includes one set of 4 different size cups. We will go over how to put them on, how to take them off, where and when to use them, and when not to use them. This is a fantastic class for those that are interested in natural healing that have chronic pain due to everyday life activities or athletes.
Taught by Julie Alexander, who has been a professional licensed massage therapist for almost 20 years. Julie is a massage therapy instructor and teaches advanced medicupping to massage therapists as well as couples massage classes, hydrotherapy, and marketing.
