About the Speaker:
Caitlin Holland serves as the Vice President of Real Estate and Economic Development for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), where she oversees the agency's real estate, economic development, railroad management, and environmental compliance divisions. Ms Holland joined DART in 2021 as Senior Assistant General Counsel, providing support for real estate transactions, transit-oriented development projects, and negotiations related to DART's major capital initiatives, including the Silver Line Regional Rail Project. She hold a Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Texas Tech University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
