About the Speakers:

Mr. E. Kenneth Hutchenrider, Jr., FACHE has been President of Methodist Richardson Medical Center at Methodist Health System, Inc. since July 2010. Prior to joining Methodist, Mr. Hutchenrider served as chief executive officer of Community Health Systems’ Galesburg Cottage Hospital in Galesburg, Illinois. While at Galesburg Cottage Hospital, he substantially increased financial stability and strengthened the management team and medical staff. Before serving at Galesburg, Mr. Hutchenrider was chief executive officer for Terre Haute Regional Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana. He has also served in leadership roles at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas, Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City, Kansas, Columbia Davis Hospital in Layton, Utah, and Humana Hospital in Clear Lake, Texas. He holds a BA from Texas A&M University and a master's degree in healthcare administration from the University of Houston Clear Lake.







Mr. Keyan Zandy is the Director of Operations for Skiles Group, a Richardson-based firm offering general contracting, construction management, integrated project delivery, and design/build services on complex healthcare projects throughout the United States. A Texas A&M graduate, Mr. Zandy is an industry-recognized expert in Lean Construction, and has previously served as the Vice Chairman of the Lean Construction Institute’s DFW Community of Practice. In his role with Skiles Group, Mr. Zandy is responsible for implementing project management, scheduling, and estimating processes to efficiently and successfully achieve his firm’s client’s project goals. He will be responsible for leading Methodist Richardson’s fifth and sixth floor vertical expansion project.
