Health & Wellness Expo - Oct 18

The Richardson Chamber of Commerce is holding its annual Health and Wellness Expo, presented by Methodist Richardson Medical Center, Visiting Angels and Celebration Magazine from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Oct. 18 at the Richardson Civic Center. The Expo informs consumers about products and services available from Chamber members that encourage good health and fitness, increase mobility, address special needs care, and provide nutrition. The FREE event will feature vendors offering hearing, vision and BMI testing. Flu, pneumonia, Tdap, and shingles vaccinations will be provided by Tom Thumb. There will also be healthy food samples from local restaurants like Snappy Salad and Afrah. So, make plans to come out for some great swag and for a chance to win fantastic door prizes!
