Heather Honeycutt is currently the Vice President of Talent Management at Service King Collision which includes oversight of teammate performance, potential, engagement, recognition, leadership development, all teammate training.  She?s worked for Service King for 4 years and prior to that she worked for State Farm for 23 years in a number of HR and Learning and Development roles. 
Heather has a relentless focus on creating a culture that delivers a superior teammate experience.  She builds strong partnerships with her business operations teams to ensure alignment between business needs and organizational initiatives and strategies.  The past 2 years have emphasized the importance of communication and the need for a flexible and nimble approach to creating a positive teammate experience.
