International Expansion -- A Case Study
The presentation will focus on how a U.S. small company successfully expanded and improved sales revenue through exporting, using existing resources.
About the speaker:
Javier is a Senior Managing Executive working for domestic as well as international high technology corporations. He has over 25 years in a broad range of experience which includes general management, consulting, new business development, relationship management, sales and marketing leadership, international administrative management, international board of directors, external affairs, government relations, and operations in The U.S. and in Latin America & Caribbean Region. Javier?s background includes successful executive Assignments for Texas Instruments, Inc. and Oki Data Americas, Inc. Presently Javier is Founder/President and Managing Director - Group Lamerica, L.L.C. based in Dallas, Texas. His domestic and international credentials include: Vice President of Oki Data Americas, Inc., Founder and President of his own consulting company, Director of Strategic Services, Inc., Founder and Senior Vice President of Troncoso International, Inc., President and CEO of Texas Instruments, Argentina, and various executive positions in the United States, Brazil, Mexico, El Salvador and Central America.
