Description
The next Public Policy Briefing will be on the ten constitutional amendments that will be on the November ballot for Texans to vote on.
We will focus on a few of them that will be of greater interest to our members.
Rep. Jeff Leach will be one of our guest speakers discussing his support for the NO Texas Income Tax Amendment.
Wayne Roberts, the Executive Director of the Cancer Prevention & Research Institute of Texas, will talk about the proposed amendment to issue additional bonds to fund cancer research in Texas.
Liz Morse, Chief Government Affairs and Civic Engagement Officer will discuss the distributions to the available school fund proposition.
