Title: I'm Still Me! The Power of Recalling and Sharing Your Life Story
Featured Speaker: Majse Lind, Ph.D, Postdoc, University of Florida
Join Dr. Lind with the University of Florida to learn about how remembering and sharing your life story can improve your memory, well-being, and strengthen your sense of being the same person over time. We will also discover how to get started with life story activities at home.
The Richardson Chamber has formed a networking group for the purpose of bringing together organizations and people who can connect with each other and provide referrals, education, and support for the senior population of our community. The members will cover a large number of service providers from senior living needs i.e, real estate, assisted living, estate planning, and much more.
