Amy Carenza is responsible for the development and implementation of global strategy and sales for ActivePure Technology in corporate and institutional end markets. Through this role, she helps organizations achieve their ESG goals while keeping an eye on energy efficiency and peace of mind. Carenza has over 20 years of experience assisting mid-cap and large-cap companies strategically identify and optimally execute growth opportunities; her research and achievements in this vein have garnered multiple patents. Before joining ActivePure in 2021, Carenza enjoyed a distinguished career in financial services, most recently as a Managing Director at PNC.

Don Magner’s service as City Manager began March 1, 2022. He is the fifth city manager since the city’s adoption of a council-manager form of government in 1956.. As City Manager, Magner is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the activities of all City departments. His staff leads the financial and budget management process for the City and directs the City’s planning and economic development efforts. His staff also conducts research, develops policies, and evaluates potential public programs and services in accordance with direction provided by the City Council. Magner began his career with the City in 1996. His service includes time in the Human Resources, Building Inspection, Community Services and Development Services departments. Magner moved to the City Manager’s Office in 2012, where he has held positions as Deputy City Manager, First Assistant City Manager and Assistant City Manager.

As a proven business leader, Ron Nag offers a track record of achievement in developing new products and bringing them to market in a timely manner, promoting products that grow market share and revenue year-over-year. Ron’s industry experience spans robotics, wireless, voice, data, industrial, automobile, medical, defense, and consumer electronic segments. From a leadership perspective, Ron excels in managing on-and-offshore teams in conceiving, developing, and marketing new offerings as well as forging successful business partnerships and landing multimillion-dollar accounts with key strategic, industry-leading clients.

Steve Guengerich is the Associate VP of Research at University of Texas at Dallas. Immediately prior, Steve was the Executive Director of the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, where he taught innovation and entrepreneurship at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as a Clinical Associate Professor. The graduate entrepreneurship program for UT Dallas has been ranked in the Top 25 in the nation since 2016-17, reaching #11 in 2018-19, under Steve’s watch. Steve is also the managing director for the private consultancy and family office, BroadBrush Ventures, a company with  branding, promotion, and other strategic & tactical marketing projects for new ventures. He previously served for nearly a decade as a co-founder of Appconomy, Inc, a mobile software company operating in China, and an executive for nGenera Corporation (now Moxie Software), a venture-backed enterprise 2.0 software and services company.  He began is career in special technologies with Arthur Andersen’s Management Information Consulting Division, which later became the core of what is now Accenture, followed by serving with PricewaterhouseCooper’s consulting group.
