Description
The Richardson Chamber Washington, D.C. Legislative Fly-In convenes representatives from business, civic institutions, and regional partners for coordinated federal engagement in Washington, D.C.
The program provides participants the opportunity to represent their respective organizations in direct conversations with Members of Congress, federal staff, and national policy experts. Through structured briefings and Capitol Hill meetings, delegates engage on issues impacting Richardson businesses and the broader North Texas region.
Delegation Participation Includes:
• Meetings with members of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives and their staff
• Policy briefings with national organizations and subject-matter experts
• Comprehensive federal briefing packet
• Private tour of the U.S. Capitol
• Delegation breakfast, lunch and dinners throughout the program
Host hotel: The University Club, group rate available. Delegates are responsible for flights, airport transfers, and hotel.
